Refund Policy

AudioVenture purchases are handled through Apple's App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests must be processed through these platforms according to their policies.

How to Request a Refund

For iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Find "AudioVenture" in your purchase history

4. Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason

5. Submit your request. Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours.

For Android (Google Play Store)

1. Open Google Play Store app

2. Tap menu (☰) → Account → Purchase history

3. Find "AudioVenture"

4. Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"

5. Follow the prompts. Google typically processes within 48 hours.

Refund Time Limits

Apple App Store: Refunds are typically available within 90 days of purchase, but policies may vary by region.

Google Play Store: Refunds are generally available within 48 hours of purchase, with some exceptions up to 7 days.
