Restoring Purchases

If you've purchased the full tour and need to restore it (e.g., after reinstalling the app or getting a new device), follow these steps:

For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Open the App

Launch AudioVenture.

Look for "Restore Purchases"

Go to Settings or tap a locked stop. You should see a "Restore Purchases" option.

Authenticate

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. The app will automatically restore your purchase.

For Android

Sign In to Google Account

Make sure you're signed in to the same Google account used for the purchase in Google Play Store.

Open the App

Launch AudioVenture. The app should automatically detect your previous purchase.

Manual Restore (if needed)

If automatic restore doesn't work, look for "Restore Purchases" in Settings or when tapping a locked stop.

Tip

Important Notes

  • • Purchases are linked to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android), not your device
  • • You must use the same account that made the original purchase
  • • Restore works across devices as long as you're signed in to the same account
  • • If restore doesn't work, ensure you're signed in to the correct account in your device settings
